ABOUT US
Yoga has been an important part of our life for the past 8 years. We received our teacher training in Brazil from Joseph and Lillian LePage, founders of Integrative Yoga Therapy and masters in the art of Yoga.

 As an RN for over 30 yrs, I blend my western medical background with the traditional Eastern practice of Yoga to benefit my students and teach a gentle Hatha Yoga.

My teaching style is Gentle Hatha Yoga. I believe that yoga should be for everyone, regardless of age and physical ability, Yoga is not just for the young or the super fit. Yoga is not about competition; it’s about integrating body, mind and spirit. Becoming one with nature.
